Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) is an upcoming action-adventure game in development by Rockstar Games, due to be the eighth main game in the Grand Theft Auto series, following Grand Theft Auto V. The game is set within the fictional open world state of Leonida, based on Florida, with Vice City as one of its main locations, a fictionalized version of Miami that has been featured in previous Grand Theft Auto games. The story follows a criminal duo, Lucia and her male partner, with Lucia being the series' first female protagonist since 2000.
